Highland Ante/Postnatal Illness and Depression Support (HAPIS)
Ante/post natal depression support group who offer friendship and support to families affected by perinatal illness. HAPIS can now offer up to 8 free sessions of immediate professional counselling. There are a choice of three morning meetings in Inverness, please contact the group directly for further details. Group venues can change, check website for up to date details.
